Staffs Even Safer Roads Partnership slows more cars down than the actual Staffs Safer Roads Partnership.

About Us

There is a scheme called “Staffs Safer Roads Partnership” that sends fines out to speeders AFTER they have sped. This doesn’t slow a single vehicle down.

100% of all speeding fines sent out didn’t slow that driver down. We share locations of mobile speed camera vans so that we give advanced notice of their locations to slow a % of cars down on that route, and then once one car does the speed limit, the ones behind them have to also. WE actually PREVENT speeding in the first place. And the Police and Council could too using a couple of simple tried and tested methods.

Fixed Average Speed Cameras; these slow down 100% of vehicles, but don’t make a penny.

Design Roads Better and Use Street Furniture; designing roads with humps, bends, speed-display signs that flash when you’re over the limit. They wouldn’t make a penny though then
